Maryland holds the key to much of American history where Civil War Battlefields and points of the Underground Railroad were embedded into its majestic and varied architecture. While their winters are snowy, their location off of the coastal weather patterns keep the weather from being brutal. On the flip side, their summers never get too hot either with temperatures typically capping out around the upper 80's as their high.
